- First one dilivered out of box failure .Amazon replace it very quickly ,the second one had a broken handle to change position ,remington sent me the broken handle was easy to replace

- Very Disappointing; Does NOT Meet Specs.
- Great hopes for trimming tall boxwoods were dashed 20 minutes into using this pitiful machine. Cannot cut 3/8 inch well, so forget 3/4 inch; in their dreams! Unit jammed after several minutes of frustrating trimming (you must feed it into the shrub very carefully) and I had to disassemble the gear box to unjam. What a POS! Great idea; very poor quality and design for the claimed 3/4 inch capacity. Sheet metal transmission components flex under the cutting stress and jam very easily. Instructions for rebuilding the gear box and the parts needed are in the owner's manual: they expect it! Not sure what to recommend instead of this, but can readily recommend you don't waste your time and money on this thing. Cost me $20 to return it due to oversize, but was worth salvaging $50 to put toward a machine that will actually do the job.

- I purchased this trimmer to reach the tops of some white pines I keep shaped up. This unit does the job perfectly thus eliminating the need to work off a ladder.
