- The ball works like I expected, but slowly leaks air. You need to keep a tab on it else it'll gradually shrink and become squishier.
The video was very short and didn't really provide as full of a workout as I would've liked.

The quality of this ball compared to others on the market is shockingly bad. It feels as if it may burst at any moment, and the accompanying pump is pathetic: it takes for ever to fill the ball with air.

- This is what it claimed to be, my only problem is that it is hard to pull out the air plug when it needs to be pumped up. It keeps it's air in well to a certain point. I have never owned one before, so I am uncertain if it is supposed to be slightly soft, but that is what it is all the time. Over all I am happy with this product. More reviews
