- This is the third set of s&p mills I've purchased. The price and quality are unbeatable. I travel to Paris once a month and priced this exact set; the best price I could find was 69euros. - The wood mills are 8-3/4 inches and that includes the metal knob. The base is 2 1/4 inch in diameter. Each mill weighs 11 oz and comes with about a tablespoon of salt/pepper but much more will fit. The metal knobs include a a black "S" or a "P" making it easy to identify the one you want.
