- This item is the top of the line. As far as I can tell it is the closest in quality to the nationally popular competing brand. I am already sleeping better after only two nights! The mattress cover included for free is rather ordinary, but it is a freebie anyway so not really a criticism. You may want to get a better one for this excellent topper.
