- Product not reliable
- I had this LG CU915 VU cell phone for less than a week and it just stopped working right in the middle of a call...so I returned it, only to receive what I think was the same phone only refurbished, that reacted in the same way after only 3 days of light use. I liked the phone, but too bad it's preformance wasn't up to par.

- LOVE IT
- LG VU got style and performance. I mean whatever you want in a phone LG VU deliver. Easy to operate and the screen lock is perfect for touch phone operation. More room for music with the micro card.

- Looks good but features are ok
- I recently bought this phone for my cousin. While the looks of the phone are good. I was surprised to see that it does not have many features/applications. the interface is alright as well. not too great.

- Not happy with product or service at all
- I ordered a tv phone but what i received was a video phone, i had no way of exchanging this wrongly delivered product nor did i recieve any assistance. I had to cancel my service with AT&T then reorder, AT&T refused giving me new service, I now have no TV phone or service but a big bill and no refund from AMAZON.COM WHO would not accept responsibility for their mistake. be very careful when ordering if the wrong product is shipped to you, even if its not your fault you must pay for return shipping and you may loose your account as i did. I never had a chance to use the Phone.

- Great Phone!
- Although some claim that LG is copying Samsung with this design, it seems as though it is the other way around. The Instinct will have a nearly identical design and, as you can see, will release after this one (because this one already has). It has a great interface and the haptic touch is great.
