- I also went to the website to attempt an order. The site has you enter all the info for credit card and address BEFORE they show the total with shipping. I also saw the rediculous shipping charges and closed my browser WITHOUT pressing the submit order button thinking this would naturally avoid any ordering confusion. WRONG!!!… More reviews
- ruined my silk shirt
- was very excited to use this product but cost me more than it was worth. on the first attempt of steaming, i pressed the steam button and it blasted steam and mineral deposits onto my blouse. i have a nice imprint of mineral deposits from the steam buddy's 5 holes on my pink blouse. there is no way to "keep a steady stream of steam" as i tried for an hour after… More reviews
