No Service...Company has stepped up: I bought this generator for my small business. Uncrating and assembly was very easy. My problem began after I started the engine. The motor ran for about 5 minutes and died. I removed the fuel screen, cleaned and restarted the motor. It ran for a couple of minutes and died again. Great whole house portable gasoline generator: Amazon has this generator for the lowest price on the internet and much better than locally (once factoring in free shipping which normally costs $170 and tax free which is generally $70 or 7% in Indiana).
