A union of saute pan and casserole, the braiser is designed for searing meats in a little fat over medium-high heat before adding vegetables, seasonings, and liquid, at which point the lid goes on and the pot moves to a back burner or the oven. The result: moist, deeply flavored, incredibly fragrant. The loop handles take up less space than their long stick counterparts, so the braiser can come straight to table or buffet for serving. 10" diameter.
The All-Clad® LTD hard-anodizing process creates a rugged exterior that resists scratches and stains while making an impressive statement of style. The 18/10 stainless-steel interior will not react with your food, leaving the pure taste you desire. For use on any stovetop, excluding induction. Hand-wash only.
