- BSOD after trying first backup
- I installed the trial version of this product after reading numerous positive reviews of it. I'm not sure what went wrong, but after doing my first backup and completing the other steps to create the disaster recovery environment, I got the dreaded BSOD. - Works well, but don't forget the updates
- Installed easily, and asked permission to set up a partition that a system image is written to. After the install, re-insert the install disk, and choose Update Software from the menu choices. There is already an update out that fixes a couple minor things, like Restore not Restoring; and USBs not USBing.

- I've been using True Image Home 2009 for about a month. I've had a couple of problems and Acronis Tech Support has been abysmal. I've had trouble backing up to DVD's (the software stops recognizing my DVD player after a couple of DVD's have been written to.) After downloading the product and paying for it, I used it to backup my hard drive. Then I received an email stating that the serial number I was given was incorrect (15 day trial version) and I could obtain a correct serial number by following directions in the email.
