For us, SD DVD Collectors, there is no other DVD Player than OPPO DV-983H: I just had to add my happiness with the player, to this avalanche of praises. Nobody does it better!!: The day I received the player I had six friends invite themselves over for a preview. Connected to my Samsung 46" 650 series LCD the picture was jaw dropping. Simply fantastic!: Love this player! Output is fantastic, reads disks without a hitch that my other DVD players skip or hang on. Even the packaging is incredibly well done, in usual Oppo fashion. Their customer service is head and shoulders above other CE manufacturers - you can actually call or email them and get a clear answer to a question!
