The H500's multifunction button allows you to place, receive or end calls. Simply press the multifunction button, place the headset on your ear and a wireless link is automatically established. (The first time you use your headset, you'll need to pair it with your cell phone.) Volume and mute can be adjusted from the headset. Conversations will occur without interruptions, as the vivid blue LED light provides a visual cue to others that you're taking a call. You also have the option of turning off the LED light.

- This thing is big and the ear holder is weak. It is a very loose fit and allows a lot of background noise through. And while it is lightweight, the size of the device is unexpected when comparing it to others. We are likely to replace this thing as it just doesn't work that well.… More reviews
- Sounds like a tunnel
- Although much more comfortable than others I've had, I'm not very happy with this unit. Motorola has always been the better brands for bluetooth but I am constantly being told it is difficult to hear me and I find myself putting my hand on it to pull it closer to my mouth. Kind of defeats the purpose behind hands-free.… More reviews

- Ordere two of the bluetooth headsets in the color pink.
They arrived in very good time. Both headsets apparently have internal batteries that are DEAD! Neither headsedt hold a charge long enough for it to actually transmit a call using my cellphone. I am hard pressed to keep them and would like to return them for credit reversal on my credit card ASAP.… More reviews - Useful
