- my sister is all into photos. she makes calenders and albums for everyone and this gives her more opprotunity to spin her special talents. takes a little time to read through the tutorial but is worth it.

- Nikon RAW support worse than prior versions
- I have owned all Paint Shop Pro versions. Recent versions had some enhancements, but also some bugs that tech support could not resolve and which still appear in Ultimate. But, I upgraded to X2 Ultimate because it claimed to support my Nikon D300 RAW files. They do open, but they can not be saved directly as uncompressed TIFF files. In fact, in this version the problem applies to all NEF files from my other Nikon DSLRs as well (though those worked fine in the previous version). The bug was verified by Corel Tech Support and I applied for a refund. It was bad enough that I had to pay $60 for a minor upgrade; but, worse, Corel refuses to refund the shipping charges I paid. So, I have to pay $9.00 for the privilege of discovering a bug that rendered this version useless in my workflow. Corel seems to have little regard for users of this increasingly buggy software.

- Corel doesn't come through as advertised
- This product was advertised as having the "Background Remover" plug-in included. Installing the "Background Remover" simply sent me to a webpage which offered to "Sell" me the "Background Remover". Contacting Corel did no good. They sent directions, which I did, and still got the same results. Additional requests for customer service have gone unanswered. They ARE however, sending me some form of advertisement every day. The basic product seems OK but would require some extensive reading to get up to par. Software is not real "user friendly". Since my reason for choosing this product over another was the Background Remover I was very disappointed with Corel.

- Installation problems!!!!!
- I purchased the product from Amazon.com on a CD.
It arrived quickly, however when I tried to install it it asked for a serial number. There is no serial number on the package, CD, or on any documentation. How can a major software company do such a poor job in providing its customers an easy way to install their products which are paid for?
Poor marketing.
Tried Customer Service - FAQ does not answer the problem. Sent email, 24 to 48 hour reply. I am still waiting.
