Still waiting.....: I haven't been able to even use this product. Because of the high-pitched noise my dog is terrified by it and you have to get your pet accustom to the trimmer and the noise. Depending on your pet that could take weeks, months. Then they have the same product at Walgreens for the same price if not cheaper so save yourself shipping cost… More reviews

Wasted Money...: I purchased this item at a local retailer, anxiously took it home and opened the box. To my dismay, the instructions were, `watch the video on our website before using this on your pet." I have dial up internet at home. does a good job: I think this is a good product. I used it on my 90 pound lab and my 60 pound border collie and it did a great job on their nails. I hated using a nail clipper because my dogs were afraid of it. Great!: I bought this product for my mom's dog. She has yet to use it because the dog doesn't like anyone to mess with her feet. I think the product has good merit though. Dissapointed: Have two dogs , one large (80lbs) and one small (20lbs). In each case, it bogs down, and stops very easily, changed batteries with same result.
Needs a stronger motor that will not bog down. Holding the dogs nails in the device takes a very light touch, looks better in the video.
