- I purchased this phone 18 mos ago and have been satisfied but in the last 2 mos the phone cannot hold a charge for more than a day and usually less and is getting progressively worse. A call to customer service got me the response that the phone needs to be put in the cradle after each and every use, which to me kind of defeats… More reviews
