CONCEPT: The creators of Operation Flashpoint and ArmA: Armed Assault now bring the ultimate military simulator. Set in a fictional former Soviet republic, but inspired by reality and based on real-world landscape, ArmA II utilizes a third generation game engine that has been in sustained development for over ten years, and is used by armies across the globe as the basis for their training simulators. - I play many Military games and have found this is the best realistic teamwork game ever.
It is not a quick play game. You need a few hours to experience the full effect of the game.

- I love Operation Flashpoint Cold War Crises and its add ons Red Hammer and Resistance. I even timed my computer purchase around Armed Assault only to find out it didn't work well on Vista. So I eagerly awaited ARMA 2 hoping it would be everything Armed Assault was suppose to be. I was disappointed.

- An intelligent, accurate, but fun simulator
- Arma II is indeed buggy, but playable, and it is even more playable after 5 patches were released. The game is massive, and incredibly detailed. It is extremely re-playable due to its online, mod, and mission/map editor capabilities.
