Shipping and Delivery

In order to provide the best shipping service, your items are shipped by Amazon.com or its Merchant according to shipping rates and times listed on Amazon.com website. Amazon can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Payment Methods

Amazon.com accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Amazon.com gift certificates, Amazon Credit Account, Webcertificates, and checks, money orders, traveler's checks, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Additionally, Borders Gift Cards and Waldenbooks Gift Cards accepted as payment for qualifying orders.

Amazon.com do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards. Additionally, the option to pay directly from your bank account is currently unavailable.

Anytime you purchase products on Buyzillion.com your payment is made via the Amazon.com website. This mean that the condition of the product you buy and its timely delivery are guaranteed under the Amazon.com A-to-Z Guarantee.

All purchases backed by the Amazon.com are covered by A-to-Z Guarantee. Buyers who pay for purchases via the Amazon.com website are eligible to receive up to $2,500 of the purchase price, including shipping charges.

Returns and Replacements

All returns are handled by Amazon.com. The standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be compensated if the return is a result of Amazon.com's error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Note that some items cannot be returned, please see Amazon.com's Returns Policy for details.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit Amazon.com's Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
