- It Works!!!
- On Jan 3,07 I got up to go to work. I went out, got in the car, and it would not start. I had bought my nephew the Simple Start for Christmas. He was going to send it back because he didn't think it would work, so it was in the house. I got it, pluged it in, and as it says, guess what, my car started. He now says he is keeping it and I am getting me one for myself. They work just like it says.

- Black and Decker Simple Start Battery Booster
- My nephew doesn't use his car often enough and he had to use this twice while at college. It's a relief knowing that he has something reliable.

- Battery Charger
- Limited use so far, but it was easy to set up and simple to use
Need to see how long charges last between charging - 2007-01-18, 1 of 1 people found this review helpful, Rated:
- can not be used on older model cars
- Be sure your car has the outlet for connecting this charger. It could not be used in my lighter outlet; newer model cars have the correct outlet for this item but not my 2003 Kia. However it is a great product if you can connect it in your model car.

- Battery charger
- Not worth the money I'd rather buy a jumper starter for the same amount and have my car start ASAP. The idea is good but unfortunately I should have read about the whole product. You have to let it charge the battery for 10 min. before it will start. Thats a long time when your waiting. And the selling point was that you did'nt have to get out of your car in the elements, well it's still cold in a car that's dead with no heat. I'd rather tough it outside for 2 minutes than wait for this piece of crap.
