- This tv was the best purchase I have ever made...I got a really good tv (brandname)for an unbelievable GREAT price!! No one could touch this price, I called Best Buy, Curcuit City, HH Gregg and the closest one of the retailers could get is within 300.00. However, I still had to pay sales tax and figure how I was going to get it home!! Amazon will be the first place I go from now on when purchasing anything. Thanks.

- So Far So Good
- Received the TV a few days ago and so far I am very pleased. Specifically I was pleased with Amazon and how quickly the product got to me. Everyone I spoke to when scheduling the delivery was very professional and they even delivered within an hour of my scheduled time. I was very anxious about damage during shipping but CEVA seemed to do a pretty good job. As for the TV itself I am very impressed with the picture. The contrast is excellent and the colors a very crisp. The refresh rate could be a little better but I knew what I was getting and did not want to spend the extra money on a 120HZ TV. Please note that there is glare on this TV. I have it in a pretty dark room but any light, especially sunlight from a window will be noticeable. This is something I also new going in to the purchase but I have seen several complaints about it and if you do your research things like this can be avoided. Overall a great experience with Amazon and I would definitely recommend this TV.

- What I wanted is what I got
- This TV is great! It has pretty much everything one would want for the avid movie/tv watcher, a tech savvy tinkerer and gamer, and sports fan. The picture is beautiful - especially when the signal coming in is HD. Even the standard signal shows up decently. If you want a high quality tv for a great price, go with this one. I know someone who got the same model in the 46" when it was only 3 months on the market and paid around $3200 for it. Considering I bought this for $2000 with no tax and free shipping, it was one of the smartest investments I've made yet. The only thing about it that the buyer should be wary about is that the screen is a clear panel style. Personally, I like this better than the matte because it makes the picture and blacks really crisp and pop! Overall, a great buy.

- My Third Samsung
- When I viewed the TV in a store I did see some reflection from the glossy screen. The viewing area was dark and the rest of the store, behind me, was bright. However, I took a chance and bought it. When viewing the TV in a normally lighted room or during the daytime I have not had any problem at all with reflection. The picture is great as it is on my other two LCD's. However, for those evaluating LCD's verses plasma I do want to note that I bought a plasma first and returned it for this one. I had not realized that the difference in brightness and contrast was so much better on the the LCD's. Yes, I had known about it before but always assumed that adjustments on the plasma could minimize the difference. Not so. Plasma may have its advantages but this issue was a deal breaker for me.
