- I have never written a review; but, I always use them to guide me in making my electronics purchases. All I want to say is that this TV is absolutely great and awesome. I was a SONY fan for many years, but decided to buy this TV after all the reviews and after looking at the TV in a store. I have ABSOLUTELY no regrets. This TV is easy to setup, has 3-D-like picture quality, sharp edges, amazing colors, and is worth every single penny!

- Great Experience
- The whole experience was great. Amazon offered a very competitive price, delivery went smoothly and as planned, and the TV is really captivating. This is my 3rd HDTV, and they just keep getting better. Other than the HD detail, I'm happiest about the contrast ratio, brightness and color. The TV offers a lot of ways to optimize viewing for your room conditions, and the results are breathtaking. I have the set in our fairly brightly lit family room and it's used for everyday viewing. I've had it for a month now, and I couldn't be much happier.

- Great TV, great price, and great service. I also considered 2 Sony models, but I would rate the Samsung LNT5271 as a "best buy". I received the shipment in 3 days. I am extremely pleased with the entire transaction. Satisfied in OKC.

- Great Picture and Price
- I bought the Samsung about 2 weeks ago and I am 100% satisfied with the unit.
Delivery was fast and on time by Eagle Freight through Amazon. When it show up the box was smashed in on one side so I was worried it was damaged. Eagle only had one driver so I assisted him bringing into my media room and and hooked it up before I would sign or receive the unit. Fortunately it was fine. I moved into Dish HD and have a Play station three, so I have some decent HD sources. The Sammy has great colors, pure whites and very black - blacks. The unit is easy to set up and the HD sources both 1080i and 1080p look amazing. The unit has 4 custom modes called Dynamic, Standard, Film and then under Setup another mode call Game. Each mode is user adjustable. I run standard DVDs through a Oppo up-converting DVD player and they too look brilliant and sharp on this unit. Watching a football game or MMA is liking being there. WOW!
The 120 hr refresh works well from keeping the smearing on this LCD that I have seen on other units. No problems with ghosting or clouding issues.
I was strongly considering the Pioneer Kuros 50" plasmas but after a side by side comparison the Sammy was just a nicer looking picture to me. The Sammy also uses less power, bigger and about 300 dollars less than the Pioneer unit.
