- Company's customer service policy is awful!
- I purchased my steam mop directly from the website. I received it timely. I have used it and was fairly pleased with the results. This past weekend, I was using it for the third time and the handle broke off. I called customer service, who told me I had to box it up, send it to New York for repair, pay for shipping it there and then include $9.95 for them to send it back. The rep then tried to sell me additional pads!!! Incredible! I demanded to speak with the supervisor! Once I got this lady on the line, I explained that there was no way it was going to be repaired, I was still under the 60 day "trial period" and that I wanted another mop sent to me! They finally agreed and claim they are sending me a replacement. Their return and repair policy is something to really watch out for.

- Good and clean
- I have owned an earlier model of this for ten years and it's still going strong. It's used every week and it still works like new. I'm sure the newer design is just as good and I intend on buying it if my old one ever wears out. But after ten years, it's still working.

- I bought this steam mop primarily to mop tile floors every week and because I want to minimize the amount of chemicals in my house. I should say that my floors are cleaned weekly so they are not filthy but it is a heavily trafficked area.
The mop does not appear to be cleaning much and then you take a look at the microfiber pad and realize how dirty your floor was before you started. If the pad is not wet enough you will merely push the dirt around and if it's too wet it's pretty much the same. I do wish the pad picked up the dirt better. So if you're planning to use it for very large areas, you may have to switch pads in the middle.
Pros: lightwight, easy to assemble, easy to use, cleans ok, microfiber pads are pretty nice
Cons: No swiveling so cannot get into corners, during first few uses the water reservoir has a funny odor, not appropriate for wood
