Broken after 6 months
I purchased this in December 2007 and paid about $80. I liked it until it broke. Six months after purchase it quit while I was using it. Good luck with getting it fixed. After a 15 minute annoying call with Europro's customer service (manned by people who care BARELY speak English), I was told to return it for repair, but I was told I would have to pay for shipping and handling. Then I was given an address which I could hardly understand due to the communication barrier. Later I found out the address was incomplete. Now I'll have to call again, spend another 15 minutes with some foreigner who cannot communicate. BUY ANOTHER BRAND!

Very satisfied
This worked very well on my tile and hardwood floors. I like the fact it works on water and not chemicals.

Love it!
I own a Shark steamer, so when I saw the steam mop, I had to have one. Besides being a little bulky for day to day cleaning, the one and only complaint I have *about the steamer* is that the floor mop attachment was pretty ineffective. In fact, we broke the head on ours trying to use it, because it wasn't meant to bend or swivel. So, one night while flipping channels I saw an infomercial for this item and I went out and bought the steam mop the next day. The problem of not swiveling has been taken care of. The problem of not bending has been taken care of. I can get under the edges of appliances, all the way up to the baseboards under the counters, and it works like a charm. In addition to people, we have 4 dogs in our home and our Shark steam mop cleans up everything stuck to the floor with very little effort. I have nothing but good things to say about Shark products and if they come out with something new, I'm probably going to go buy it. At present, I own three (the steamer, the steam mop and the sweeper) and I love them all. They make cleaning SO much easier -- I *hate* *Hate* *HATE* to clean -- and almost pleasurable. (Almost.) The best thing about them is they eliminate the need for cleaning solvents -- saving lots of money and saving allergy sufferers from reacting to them. I highly recommend this mop!

Best Mop I have EVER EVER Owned!
I have actually made believers of 5 of my friends now with this incredible mop. It does all it says it does, and does it very very well! My floors have never been cleaner, and felt good to the bare foot as they do after I steam clean them. They work on my lineoleum floors like a charm. My friends love it on their wood floors. The bonus is that it REALLY cleans stains on my carpet with the carpet attachment. That is a MUST if you are buying this, dont forget to buy one. They should send it automatically when you purchase this item, but for some dumb reason they dont. I have tried many different things for my floors, and this and the Swiffer are the best. This is BETTER than the Swiffer as it gets the floors REALLY REALLY CLEAN.

Don't even bother
After using this item once, I immediately returned it. It leaves streaks all over the floor and the item is cheaply made. I don't even think it really cleans the floors. You'd be better off soaking up a cloth with hot water and sliding it back and forth over your floors. I thought it would be a resolution to using chemicals on my floors, but I was wrong. Because I have a baby, I was trying to go chemical free, but I was very disappointed when I used this item. I wound up purchasing a bissell steam mop, which I am currently very happy with.
