- worth the wait
- I ordered this item in November when I first heard about it and have been waiting on it for 4 months. The only thing I have to say is "It was worth the wait!" The design is amazing and everything works great. Once again Leatherman has created a great product that iw proudly made in the USA.
The light weight makes it easy to carry in the pocket without being too bulky. The location of the bit driver makes it convenient to use but is hidden when the tool is folded. My first reaction was that it is small( have been carrying a Leatherman Wave), but it fits great in your hand both when the tool is open and closed. - 2008-03-17, 9 of 11 people found this review helpful, Rated:
- Amazing combination of size and weight!
- I first saw articles about the new Skeletool CX well before Christmas. It looked to be exactly what I needed. A good knife, a convenient screwdriver, a pair of pliers, and most importantly, a tungsten coated bottle opener.
Now that I finally received it some four months later, I can say that it is truly amazing. It is not too small nor too large, and the weight is pretty amazing considering how much some of the other multitools weigh. I hardly notice it in my pocket.
